What is it?
- Web Pursuit is a free online game.
- Here you can test your 'search the web' abilities and compare them with others.
- You have to find the hidden pages by knowing the right answers (to the wrong questions ?).
- You should be able to find all the answers by searching the world wide web.
- All questions are bundled in separate themes, so to some of you, one theme will be easy to very easy, for others, all themes will be hard :(
- Every theme consists of 5 questions/pages.
- After finishing a theme you'll be promoted to higher rank.
Why should I do this?
- If you have reached the final page of a theme, you can request to be added to the prestigious
Web Pursuit 'ACE-list' via the Feedback form.
- No cheating, please, I will watch your steps and you might miss something important!
- New themes might be added, depending on the popularity of this space, so if you want to keep up with the real ACES, be sure to check this page regularly.
- If you need to do some searching, you might land on numerous interesting pages (and even forget about your quest, do not forget to bookmark !!!).
- If you cannot find it yourself, try to socialize with the 'experts' of the theme.
Do I have to restart the whole game every time?
- No, if you have not bookmarked your last question, you can just type in your last answer in the Checker-box and you'll be taken directly to the correct page.
